Submissions Guideline: Music

Our mission is to help non-major label artists promote their latest album, in return for letting us use one of the tracks for free. We don't accept everything. Your album has to blow our mind.

Submissions are accepted only from musicians or their management. We don't do business with labels: we're all about helping musicians keep all of their profits.

If you are a non-major label artist and want Ginger Project 888 to consider your work, please follow the guidelines below.

*PLEASE do NOT ask us to go "check out your site" or "check out our music" ...please show you care and put effort into a submission.

This is a non-exclusive agreement.
By submitting your music to Ginger Project 888 you warrant and represent that you own and/or control all copyrights in your submitted master recordings and all publishing rights in the underlying compositions. Your submission of music to Ginger Project 888 constitutes your express and irrevocable grant of non-exclusive royalty-free license to Ginger Project 888 to use your music in any and all media and in Ginger Project 888’s sole discretion. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to payment or royalties of any kind (including but not limited to any and all statutorily required payments for public performance or otherwise) for Ginger Project 888 using your music in any and all media. It is agreed that the consideration of exposure to Ginger Project 888 audience by virtue of said using only one song from the album and in return, credit the band in the selected event/project and promote the band on Ginger Project 888’s website, YouTube Channel and social media is sufficient and fair. Ginger Project 888 will NEVER use your music for anything other than promoting you!

It is further understood and agreed that you shall indemnify and defend Ginger Project 888, its owners, members, employees, volunteers, agents and assigns from any and all liability emanating from a breach of the representations, warranties and agreements in the above paragraph.

YOUR SUBMISSION OF MUSIC TO GINGER PROJECT 888, CONSTITUTES YOUR EXPRESS AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE TERMS.

**Failure to follow ALL of these guidelines will result in your submission being deleted or discarded before being reviewed**

To submit music to Ginger Project 888, please meet the following criteria…
1. Must have a finished recent album.
2. You retain all rights to your material. That means no "cover songs".
3. Send two copies of the following: artist / group bios, press kits, latest CDs and promotional materials to the address listed below.
4. Send one pdf/high quality digital file of the following: artist / group bios, press kits, and promotional materials to the address listed below.
5. Please clearly state in your cover letter or mark each release as to what style of music it is.
6. Please include your contact info, Band’s Website and social media.

If selected for a project, we will send you an email of what project you’ve been selected for, attached with a contract for you to sign then mail it to the address listed below.

Your compensation may vary depending upon the event/project. We guarantee you, we’ll credit the band in the selected event/project and promote your band on Ginger Project 888’s website; we'll post the song we used for the event/project, your album cover and a link to your website. So people can buy your album directly from you and you keep all the profit. We don’t want any portion of your profit. This is just our way of thanking you for letting us use your song for free. And thank you for creating an album that blows our mind.

If GINGER PROJECT 888 promotes your music, all we ask is that you somehow promote GINGER PROJECT 888 in return. Post something (i.e. our banner or link or Top Friends, etc.) on your social media, website, or band web profile.

*If you chose to not "cross-promote" Ginger Project 888, your band will not be considered for any of Ginger Project 888’s future events/projects.*
